Weddings, Receptions and Special Occasions
Prices for photographing weddings, receptions and other special occasions are based on negotiable package options that include personal consultations prior to the special day, digital images on a CD-ROM with copyright release to print and distribute as desired, and a set of 4x6" prints of all images. All packages offer negotiable options, features and add-ons that Susan will work with you to customize to your specific needs. There are no additional fees for travel anywhere within the state of Colorado, nor are there extra hourly rates. Susan works on a package basis and schedules her work to revolve around only you for the entire day.
Almost all weddings will include two photographers (Susan and an experienced, professional and very talented second photographer) using two to four full sets of equipment.
Like most everything she photographs, Susan tends to shoot in a "journalistic"/contemporary style, leaning toward a relaxed but professional and classy approach. Susan's images capture people and animals "doing what they do" - just being themselves - which she feels tells more of a story and brings out more depth of personality and natural art than a lot of staging. The primary goal is for you to have the time of your life enjoying your special day while Susan subtley captures breathtaking memories of it all for you to treasure for a lifetime.

"E" - $3,895 Includes all day coverage of wedding and reception, an engagement or bridal portrait session, one large treasures album, two memoirs books and all original images beautifully edited onto CD-ROM disks.
"F" - $4,295 Includes all day coverage of wedding and reception, an engagement or bridal portrait session, a one year anniversary portrait session, one large treasures album, two parent treasures albums and all original images beautifully edited onto CD-ROM disks.
"G" - $4,695 Includes all day coverage of wedding and reception, a full set of 4x6" proof prints, both an engagement AND bridal portrait session, one year anniversary portrait session, one large treasures album, two parent treasures albums, and all original images beautifully edited onto a CD-ROM disk.
"H" - $1,295 Short Notice/Weekday Package - Perfect for weddings booked less than one month from the wedding date or weddings booked Sunday through Thursday. Includes full coverage of your wedding and reception and one full set of 4x6" proof prints. ($1495 for wedding/reception coverage and beautifully edited CD-ROM disks

Albums and A-La-Carte Add-On Prices
Memoirs Book: $450 each or two for $800
Sleek books measure 10x10" and contain 20 of your favorite photos (one per page) or customized to 20 pages of several photos each page. Another great gift idea or optional way to display your favorite photos.
Parent Treasures Albums: $600 each or two for $1,050
A replica of the large Treasures Album, but a convenient, 8x8" size. Perfect gift for parents.
Large Treasures Albums: $1,200 and up
These contemporary, artisically designed albums include 60 to 80 of your favorite photos (of various sizes) in a large 12x12" display album. Includes beautiful guilded panoramic pages, leather covers with photo insert and engraved front. A variety of cover colors are available and the customizing options of the photo pages are nearly unlimited. A gorgeous masterpiece of wedding documentation!

digital negatives/CD-ROM, regular prints and canvas or textured prints, albums, mountings, frames, framable photo "guest book" signature mat, engagement or bridal portrait session, fees for special digital photo editing/enhancements, and travel expenses for weddings outside the state of Colorado.
All weddings require a (non-refundable) deposit of 1/3 to reserve your date, 1/3 due 30 days prior and the final 1/3 due the day of the wedding.
Hourly rates also available and very negotiable depending on the project or occasion.
